The geographical position

Jiangsu Petroleum Machinery Co., LTD is located in ZhouZhuang town, jiangyin city, Jiangsu province. And Zhouzhuang town is located in east of jiangyin city. It is the domestic water and land transportation center, zhangjiagang river, Yanjiang expressway, provincial highway are all pass Zhouzhuang, It is about 50 km far away from Wuxi southern Jiangsu international airport, and from Shanghai Pudong international airport, Nanjing international airport, Hangzhou international airport are only two hours by car.

General situation of enterprise

The enterprise is established in 2011, covering an area of 20000 square meters, the building area of casting workshop, mechanical processing workshop, and office is more than 40000 square meters. We have a high quality the staff team, including more than 10 enterprise management personnel, more than 20 that professional and technicals personnel, 5 senior engineers, more than 100 skilled workers. We are a collection of precision casting, sand casting, machining and mould design and manufacture in a modernized, intelligent, automation and the international community's new green casting enterprise. Our annual production capacity is 6000 tons of castings.

Production process

Our casting processes are sodium silicate precision casting process, silicon sol composite shell precision casting process, the silicon sol precision casting process, sand casting process, also equipped with the advanced and efficient machinery processing equipment and sophisticated testing equipment. It make sure to provide customers in the high precision casting products at the same time, finally to meet customer of the material in the physical and chemical properties, nondestructive testing, high precision geometry size detection, and so a full range of detection requirements.
